Three Year Limited Warranty

The electronics contained in this product are warranted by Michael’s Eagle-Gold, to be free of defects in material and workmanship and to be merchantable and fit for its particular purpose under normal use and service for three (3) years from the date of purchase. The manufacturer’s obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing or giving credit for the electronics and case at its option and its factory which may in the three-year period be returned to Michael’s Eagle-Gold shipping charges prepaid, if after examination it is found to the manufacturer’s satisfaction to be defective in material and workmanship.

This warranty shall not apply to any electronics or case which has been repaired or altered or has been subjected to misuse, negligence, or accident. No warranty, expressed or implied, is given on the watch batteries, or face crystal. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, obligations and liabilities on the manufacturer’s part, and it neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for the manufacturer any other liabilities in connection for any incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so that the above limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Should the watch require service within the 3-year warranty period, wrap it in packing material and enclose it in a crush-resistant mailing carton, and include proof of purchase, or a copy of it for verification of purchase date. Also, include a brief note describing the problem with your name and address. Also, remit $7.50 in Cashier’s Check, Money Order or U.S. Dollar Bank draft payable to Michael’s Eagle-Gold to the address below. This charge is for postage and handling only. Warranty repairs will be made without charge.

If you are located outside the United State, return the product either by insured mail to our U.S. service center or to the dealer/distributor where purchased.
